Processing and delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the delivery location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

Product Warranty
Our products are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. If within this period, your product proves to be defective due to improper material or workmanship, we will replace it at no charge, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or if the product is used in a manner not conforming to intended use.

To benefit from the warranty, you must provide proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt. The faulty product should be returned to us for examination in its original condition. EnspiredBy reserves the right to determine whether the defect is covered by this warranty.

Exclusions
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling during shipping, which is covered separately by our Shipping Policy. Furthermore, the warranty does not apply to clearance or promotional items, which are sold "as is".
