  4. How do I apply perfume oil? Apply perfume oil to pulse points like your wrists, behind the ears, or on your neck. These warm areas help diffuse the fragrance throughout the day. Start with a small amount; you can always apply more if needed.

  5. Can I get a sample before purchasing a full-size bottle? Yes, we do offer sample sizes for most of our perfume oils. Please email us with the sample bottle you would like. 

  6. How long will my order take to arrive? Processing and delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the delivery location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

  7. What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, please contact us at info@enspiredby.com for return instructions. Please note that we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items.

  8. Are EnspiredBy perfume oils suitable for sensitive skin? We strive to use the most natural and skin-friendly ingredients in our perfume oils. However, everyone's skin is different, and reactions can occur. If you have sensitive skin or any specific allergies, we recommend checking the ingredient list before purchasing.

  9. Can I use multiple discount codes in one order? Only one discount code can be used per order. If you have more than one code, please choose the one that offers you the most savings.

  10. Do you ship internationally? Not yet, but we are working towards shipping to many locations worldwide. Please note that shipping times and charges may vary depending on the destination.
